What if I can’t make it for the activity that I have purchased for myself and my friends?

In the case where you can’t make it for the activity but your friends are still going, do contact us via chat or email us here and inform us your friends' full names as per ID to ensure that your friends will not be denied entry in your absence. 

Partial refunds are unavailable though so be sure to find a replacement for yourself!
