What should I do if I need to cancel a reserved activity or class?

To avoid late cancellation, do check your reservation confirmation email for the latest deadline to cancel reserved class. Each activity would have different time for cancellations. While most partners allow up to 2 hours prior class cancellation, some would require to cancel a day or more in advance. For these activities, you must cancel before that minimum number of days is reached. For example, if you book a class for Friday and it requires 3 days advanced booking, then you must cancel anytime before Wednesday.

Make sure to cancel before deadline to avoid late cancellation. Late cancellation will still count as one of your visits for the partner.

To cancel your reservation on iOS or Android

  1. Go to My KFit,
  2. Select your class under Upcoming Activities,
  3. Click Cancel reservation,
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel the reservation.

To cancel your reservation on the web

  1. Go to your Dashboard,
  2. Click on the Upcoming Activities tab,
  3. Click on Cancel reservation,
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel the reservation.
