To cancel your Fitness Pass subscription, simply drop us a line at takeabreak@kfit.com seven (7) working days before your billing cycle ends. There is no charge to downgrade and you are not tied to a minimum lock-in period. If you miss the stipulated window of seven (7) days, you will be charged for the next month as your subscription is auto-renewed.
